Highlights

  • Nuklai is refining its Operational Intelligence positioning, helping organizations connect fragmented data, workflows, and knowledge into a unified decision-making layer.

  • Healthcare validation efforts are underway, with dedicated propositions, buyer research, and outreach focused on operational efficiency and care coordination.

  • Nexus continues advancing toward enterprise deployment through Google Marketplace, enhanced metadata generation, expanded document ingestion, and native Salesforce integration.

This week was about strengthening the foundations that will support future growth. In many ways, these are some of the most important weeks. While they may not always result in flashy announcements, they help us improve the product, sharpen our positioning, and prepare for larger opportunities ahead.

Operational Intelligence as a Strategic Direction

A significant part of this week was spent stepping back and evaluating how we position Nexus in an increasingly crowded AI landscape.

As we all know, AI continues to attract enormous attention. Interest in AI solutions is not the problem. In fact, we see plenty of organizations actively exploring how AI can create value within their business. The challenge is that moving from interest to successful implementation remains difficult.

Over the past months, we have noticed a recurring pattern. Organizations often do not struggle with AI itself. They struggle with fragmented operational context spread across multiple systems, documents, workflows, and teams.

Recent conversations around healthcare, M&A, and other operationally complex environments reinforced this observation. In many cases, the value is created by combining structured and unstructured information and making it accessible in a way that supports operational decision-making.

This led us to further explore a positioning around Operational Intelligence.

Organizations lack operational intelligence across fragmented systems. Nexus helps connect data, documents, workflows, and human knowledge into a single operational context layer that teams and AI systems can use to make better decisions.

This direction is still being refined, but we expect to share more about it in the coming weeks as it increasingly influences both our product and go-to-market strategy.

Healthcare Proposition and Market Validation

On the business development side, we finalized the first version of our healthcare proposition and started validating it in the market.

This included developing a dedicated slide deck outlining key challenges and potential benefits, identifying buyer personas, and analyzing the most effective ways to approach healthcare organizations.

Alongside this, we prepared supporting content that will be published in parallel with our outreach efforts. The goal is to create meaningful conversations around healthcare operations, staffing optimization, patient prioritization, and the broader opportunity of connected operational intelligence within healthcare environments.

Product Development

While the week was largely focused on foundational improvements, several important enhancements were made across Nexus.

One major area of work involved rethinking how agent personas are handled. The team spent considerable time improving the flexibility of agent behavior, allowing organizations to tailor agents more effectively to specific workflows and use cases.

Custom instructions are now also available outside of group chats, making it easier to create consistent behavior across different interactions within Nexus.

We also continued improving our automatic metadata generation capabilities. Generated descriptions are now richer, contain more relational context, and are produced faster than before. Additionally, the system can now process approximately four times more columns simultaneously, significantly improving scalability when working with larger datasets.

A new version of the dashboard module is nearing completion and introduces a much more user-friendly configuration experience. Alongside this, we resolved several issues within the dashboard AI layer, including situations where unsupported widget types could occasionally be generated.

Enterprise Readiness

Work on the Google Cloud Marketplace deployment has now reached an important milestone. After progressing through the technical review process, Nexus has received all required green checkmarks.

We will now move into a private deployment phase, where we will test the setup internally, validate the full user experience, and refine several features before making Nexus publicly available through the marketplace.

Alongside this, we also added several smaller platform improvements, consisting mainly of quality-of-life enhancements and small bug fixes.

Expanding Data Connectivity

This week we finalized the PDF ingestion pipeline and specified a generic capability built on top of it.

The feature will make it significantly easier for organizations to add contracts, employee agreements, sales documents, and other business-critical documentation directly into Nexus workspaces. As adoption grows, we continue to see increasing demand for making unstructured business information operationally accessible.

At the same time, ongoing commercial discussions are helping us better understand which integrations matter most to enterprise customers.

One direct outcome is the development of a native Salesforce connector. While Salesforce data was already accessible through existing integrations, we believe Salesforce is too important within enterprise environments to rely solely on third-party connectivity solutions. Development is currently underway and will continue over the coming weeks.

Exchange Update

Finally, many community members noticed that MEXC moved NAI into its Assessment Zone.

As expected, this is not a situation we are comfortable with. We have been actively engaging with MEXC to better understand the reasoning behind the decision and explore potential paths toward resolving the situation. While there is nothing concrete to announce, we understand the community's concerns and are actively working through the available options.

Looking Ahead

This week was largely about strengthening the platform, sharpening our strategic focus, and improving enterprise readiness.

The work on operational intelligence, healthcare positioning, metadata generation, dashboards, enterprise integrations, and marketplace deployment may not produce immediate headlines, but it lays the foundation for the next phase of growth.

As always, we appreciate the continued support and feedback from both our customers and community. More updates soon.
