Phased Rollout

Step 1 – Access for business users: Business users gain access to Nexus’s AI functionality via the Solude platform, add relevant data, draft communications (with the help of AI suggestions), and send these to customers. Workflow management remains simple and easy to oversee.

Step 2 – Interactive communication: In the next phase, data connectivity is used as an interactive communication channel. Customers can view their data, perform analyses, and ask questions via the existing portal. The platform acts as a guide, leading the customer through the process, asking questions, offering suggestions, and providing visualizations.

Step 3 – Fully integrated channel: Ultimately, the AI layer becomes an integral part of the customer communication chain. This results in a conversation flow where data, AI, and messaging come together. By integrating different data sources and making them accessible through conversational AI, a real-time interactive data portal emerges where the customer gains direct insight into their data and services.

Say, a service provider uses Solude to manage operational data. Thanks to the integration with Nexus, a business user without IT expertise can select a target group and draft a message, for example: “Dear customer, your service status is positive, but based on recent measurements, we have identified an increase in usage in period X. Would you like to review optimization options together?”

The customer receives the message and, via a link, gains access to an interactive chat. There, they can filter by time periods, compare with other customers, and ask the system direct questions such as: “Which components are causing the increase?”
