Nexus is now live aiming to eliminate AI hallucinations by querying trusted data sources directly.
Nexus supports plain-language queries across diverse data formats without requiring data migration or vendor lock-in.
Users can create composable AI agents, access decentralized LLMs, and scale use cases gradually.
Nuklai has officially launched Nexus, its flagship query engine. This initiative raises the bar with the most advanced tool available, built to unite data and AI and already backed by IO.net, Filecoin, and Fetch.
Nexus tackles the hallucination problem head-on by pulling answers straight from trusted sources. It brings different types of information together in a unified format, so AI can handle huge datasets with accuracy and stop making things up. Unlike current AI tools that often fabricate answers without showing their sources, Nexus connects directly to user briefs and delivers fully traceable, reliable insights.
Starting today, companies can get hands-on with Nexus for the first time. Many organizations have valuable data but lack a clear way to act on it. Existing AI tools often require significant investment or specialized teams. Nexus offers an alternative: allowing companies to explore use cases, build prototypes, and scale solutions gradually.
This approach helps to work across a wide range of data sources, including databases, files, APIs, and cloud services — without requiring data migration or reformatting. The system identifies relevant content, interprets structure, and executes queries, even on non-SQL formats. Users can input questions in plain language, and the engine translates them into executable logic, returning answers along with a transparent explanation of how each result was generated.
The solution is AI-agnostic, supporting all major LLMs without vendor lock-in. Through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), it integrates with a wide range of sources, from web scrapers to enterprise tools, and enables the creation of specialized agents that handle tasks like data extraction, visualization, and interpretation.
The technical foundation of the project relies on NXSQL, a specialized language that works with a virtual system where every information set is systematized under its own named “lake”. This allows for querying across different sources while maintaining logical organization.
To support adoption, Nexus is launching with a set of partner integrations designed to broaden functionality. Through integration with io.net, users gain access to decentralized hosted models without requiring OpenAI API keys.
This approach is part of Nuklai’s wider ecosystem strategy. Even ahead of launch, the company built a strong network of partners, including IO.net, Fetch, Filecoin, and more than 80 others. Nexus is designed to bring these elements together, connecting inputs, tools, and AI services in a shared environment.
“We’re talking about a big step forward in how AI works with information,” said Matthijs de Vries, founder of Nuklai. “Too many tools just sound intelligent on the surface but fall apart when it counts. With Nexus, we’re changing that. It connects straight to the data, shows you where answers come from, and finally fixes the hallucination issue everyone’s been dealing with.”
“Our collaboration with Nexus showcases the power of decentralized inference for real-world applications. By integrating io.net’s hosted large language models directly into the Nexus setup flow, developers gain instant access to powerful models without needing to manage infrastructure or pay for expensive enterprise APIs,” says Tausif Ahmed, Chief Business Development Officer of IO.net.
The launch of Nexus supports Nuklai’s broader mission to build decentralized infrastructure that blends blockchain and AI for verifiable, monetizable interactions. Through this innovation, Nuklai creates a new paradigm where providers, developers, and everyday users interact in a transparent ecosystem.
