Introducing Changes to NAI's Vesting Schedule
by
Nuklai

After receiving invaluable feedback from our passionate community, we're excited to unveil an exciting new vesting schedule for NAI tokens! This optimized schedule will empower Nuklai's hypergrowth era and adapt to current market dynamics. This significantly reduced token inflation, will enable a more sustainable and prosperous ecosystem. Rest assured, early-stage token holders will see no impact, and ecosystem allocations will be more community-driven (DAO).

See the updated vesting schedule.

The Introduced Changes

This updated schedule significantly reduces the monthly introduction of tokens into the market (by at least 50%), which is more suitable for the current NAI token holders, and encourages new holders to enter the ecosystem.

  1. Ecosystem Unlocks: The ecosystem unlocks will be paused until December 2024. They will then resume normally, concluding in February 2026 instead of the previously planned September 2025.
  2. Community Allocation: There will be no more unlocks for the community allocation, which includes grants and incentives. Any future unlocks from this allocation will be subject to DAO votes.
  3. Team Allocation: The first unlock for the team allocation is now scheduled for May 2025.
  4. NXRA Stakers Allocation: The initial unlock for the NXRA staker allocation is postponed to February 2025. Note that the rALBT burn event will occur before this date, with the obtained NAI following the new distribution model.
  5. Nexera Allocation: Similarly, the first unlock for the Nexera allocation is deferred to February 2025.

Commitment to Our Community

We immensely value the community's feedback and are always open to improvements. These changes reflect our commitment to prioritizing the community while taking a step back ourselves to ensure sustainable growth.

What's Next?

We are gearing up for another phase of hypergrowth, with exciting developments ahead:

  • Exciting New Partnerships: Collaborations to further expand our ecosystem.
  • Use Case Announcements: Innovative applications built on Nuklai.
  • Product Updates: Enhancements to the marketplace and HelixVM.
  • Additional Utility for NAI: Expanding the token's use cases.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Innovative strategies to drive on-chain adoption.

Stay tuned for more updates as we build a stronger, more resilient Nuklai together. Your support and feedback drive us forward, and we can't wait to show you the exciting growth still to come.
